Our Manufacturing Processes
Wax Injection Manufacturing
We create wax patterns using a special wax recipe that ensures high quality and consistent sizes.
We use fresh wax each time to make sure the wax patterns are of good quality, have precise dimensions, and have a smooth surface. The area where we work with wax is kept at a controlled temperature using air conditioning.
Ceramic Coating Manufacturing
We apply a ceramic coating to the wax patterns.
The area for ceramic coating is controlled for both temperature and humidity using air conditioning and a dehumidifier. Our special ceramic technology ensures the coating is strong and the final metal casting has a smooth surface.
Fettling & Heat Treatment Manufacturing
We clean up and strengthen the metal castings. We have in-house facilities for shot blasting and grinding to clean the castings.
We use a gas-fired furnace and a separate electric furnace for heat treatments like annealing and tempering, which improve the properties of the metal.
Wax Assembly Manufacturing
We assemble wax patterns using a system that allows us to track and identify different materials throughout the process.
We recycle wax for assembling wax patterns, which helps in reusing materials.
Dewaxing Manufacturing
We remove the wax from the ceramic-coated patterns.
We use a combination of an autoclave and a boiler to carefully remove the wax, which helps prevent the ceramic shell from cracking.
Melting & Pouring Manufacturing
We melt metal and pour it into the ceramic molds.
We use an induction furnace capable of handling different amounts of metal. There's also a backup furnace ready in case of any issues.
